Founders' Day 2010 was held on Tuesday, December 1, with the luncheon at
11:30 a.m., and the dinner at
6 p.m. This year's events were held at the
University of
Tennessee at
Chattanooga in the Tennessee Room. The theme was, “Allies for Life.”
Meals were catered by UTC's Dining Services, and music was provided by Monty Parks, The OGC Chorus (luncheon) and Linda Romans (dinner).
 
Senator Bo Watson and State Representative Gerald McCormick each received the "Legislator of the Year Award" at the luncheon.
At the dinner, Tonya Clay was all smiles as she was honored as the "Person of the Year." She was joined by her mother, sister and niece, who took the stage with her as she accepted her award from Senator Bo Watson.
Long-time Orange Grove board member, Susan Rouse, was honored as “Board Member of the Year.” She was featured in a video presentation created by Dennis Wilkes, OGC’s Art Director.
Accounting was honored as the “Department of the Year.”
